The Role
FinStrat Management (“FSM”) is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. This is a full-time remote role supporting accounting operations and financial reporting for a number of FSM clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist monthly financial close and related activities for clients
- Account analysis and reconciliation
- Invoice client’s customers and manage client accounts receivables
- Process client’s accounts payable including approval workflows
- Address client and 3rd party inquiries
- Ensure assignments meet the firms’ quality standards
- Provide five-star client service
Job Requirements
Professional background
- Invoicing, accounts receivable management & collections
- Accounts payable entries and issue resolution
- Account reconciliation including accruals & prepaid expense analysis
- Proficiency with web-based accounting software applications
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Strong analytical skills
Soft skills
- Professional working proficiency in English is required
- Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
- Commitment and ability to meet critical business deadlines
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail

Education
- Degree in Accounting / Finance, or requisite work experience
